Hello! We have a Hertel area apartment that will be ready June 1st for $1600. Vincent Leclerc is redoing the space (these photos are from before the renovation) with some help from contractors. We are removing all popcorn ceilings, redoing the floors and redoing the bathroom--plus a fresh coat of paint for the entire apartment. The apartment also comes with two off street parking spaces (one in a garage).
