Happy Friday Ya'll.
Charles and I are going to Mexican tonight at EL MOLCAJETE in Suwanee. We'll be there at 5:30. Winder-up is playing. Would anyone be interested in joining us? Gwinnett Shrine Club

Below is the itinerary for Helen. We will have the grab and go items to keep flow of the room smooth. If any lady would like to bring anything to have out from Thursday to Saturday, cookies, dips etc. please bring it. Also, please vote to yes or no to purchase a bag of ducks.

**Gwinnett Hospitality hours and keys will be set by Thursday**



- Thursday June 6th

- Arrival to set up outside tent for group seating and fun 10am and Hospitality room to follow

- For the ones coming in, Damon and I are going to eat Deer Lodge at 4:00pm. Please let me know if you will attend. They only take cash or check. See attached menu and location. It is about a 20-minute drive, so we will leave the hotel around 3:30pm

- Friday June 7th

- Golf Porker Run at 5pm, bring your sq**rt guns and zip locks to keep your items dry

-Dinner at La Cabana Mexican Restaurant at 5:45pm, please RSVP I will ask for 20 seats unless we need more. This is located next to our hotel.

- Charity Duck Race will be at 8pm, come watch this event, it is so much fun and support Tommy and BA Pittman for their hard work of selling these duck. (I need to know from the club members on purchasing a bag of ducks, I heard from 2 people as a yes)


- Saturday June 8th

- Ladies Brunch at the Helendorf 9am, dress business casual, RSVP to the office with Mary-I will be there, so let me know if you are able to make
It and I will save seats. I would love to see you there

- Late Lunch / Early Dinner: In our hospitality room at 3:30pm: See below of the menu....

- Our band: Shane Jones the lead singer, is going through in Helen so the band will start around 7pm and when he gets through the parade he
will join, probably around 8pm – Grilled Cheeses will be sold again during the music by the band

**Dominoes sells... I have been working on these are they are not turning out like I would like them. I hope to have some there to sell, but we will see. Am having to paint the back to not show the item in the domino. It is setting up very well, just the design not looking well.**

Hey ladies if you and your husband would like to help out, Shane is still needing some volunteers for the Kid Rock Concert. Currently he only has 10 volunteers and would like to get 40. You will walk around to sale CD’s. We have helped in the past and had a blast.

This weekend is the Rainy Day Giveaway and if you would like a chance to win that big money $10,000, get with a divan member or the front office. This comes with a Dinner too!

I am so looking forward to Saturday’s Circus kickoff! We will have a great day and get this circus campaign started in a big way. The Children’s Room will open when the pledges begin, so bring the littles as well. With that said, it is possible that PETA will attempt to interfere with the Kickoff. We ask for your understanding and patience with the additional security measures put in place at the gates and the Activity building.



Please be advised not to engage with them, touch them, or attempt to retain them while on our property. The police will be called at once and will be responsible for removing them. You all focus on having a good time and a great event.
