Equipment Update 🙌🏻🌟🙌🏻🌟

We have been on the waiting list for several weeks to have our equipment reupholstered. Today we had many of our pieces repaired. You will notice that a couple of our pieces are missing. Those pieces are being repaired off site and should be back tomorrow afternoon.

We are extremely excited that we could finally get this done. It was one of the major things on our list since taking ownership back in March.

We continue to strive to give our members and the community the best gym in town. We thank each and every one of you for your patience, support and understanding during this transition.

The front door wasn’t working due to a technical issue. It is working now. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Buford Spring Festival is almost here. April 27th, 10 to 2pm. Besides all the wonder vendors we will have, bouncy houses, kids games, cartoonists, balloon twister, lots to choose from food vendors, we have have amazing performers. Savannah came in for a visit today. She was a little freaked out, which is unusual for her. She’s always so confident. She is one of Jaime’s dogs. That being said, we will continue to work with Savannah to make her feel comfortable at the gym. Humans are the same in a lot of ways. If you are feeling nervous about getting into the gym for the first time, we got you covered. We’d love to help you feel confident and knock your fitness goals out of the park! We have been very busy at the gym! On Saturday, Zamir came to fix the treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster, and some of the machines. We also had the heating and a/c units serviced. We’ve been doing some painting and other repairs throughout the gym, as well. Next on our list is getting all the torn fabric replaced on the equipment! We also ordered some new attachments for the cable machine. They will be here on Sunday.

Kristina, Greg, Dave and I have quite a few ideas on things that we would like to do and bring into the gym. We also value you, as members. We welcome any ideas, feedback-good and bad. Things haven’t been the best here. We are aware of that. We want you all to know that we aim to make Fitness 1440 Buford the best community gym in town!!!

We have been very busy the last few days. On Saturday, we had a repair person come and go through the entire gym to evaluate the equipment. We have ordered parts for everything that needs to be repaired. Once they come in, Zamir will get to work repairing everything. We are asking that you please be patient for a little while longer. The sale of the business was only just final on the 8th. We understand your frustration with things being broken. It is a frustration for us, as well. Things will be fixed ASAP! 😊

New ownership means new and exciting things are going to be happening! First item on our list is getting all of the equipment repaired.

Our new owners are members of Fitness 1440 Buford and they are super excited to make some awesome improvements to the gym!

Final update: Our power is back on! We appreciate everyone’s patience with us while it was off.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have a temporary power outage. We are working through getting the power restored. In the meantime there will be emergency lighting in place. We will remain open this evening until 7:30pm and we will open the gym an hour early at 9 am. To keep everyone safe we will not be open over night. The power is expected to return tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!
