Hello fellow yoga enthusiast,

Alec and I are very happy & excited to be facilitating our first in person retreat in 4 years! November 10th-12th, 2023

It seems like a long time, and it also feels like it could have been just a couple of weeks ago that we were last together working in circle in the beautiful North Cascade Mountains.

Space is limited so we are starting by reaching out to everyone who has been in our beautiful circle at some point in time. About 40% of our circle has been to a retreat at the North Cascades Environmental Learning Center. Which means the majority of our circle has not. The center is located in the beautiful North Cascades National Park, on Lake Diablo surrounded by gorgeous & grounding mountains.

Join me this August in Burien at Aya Yoga Oasis.

Ages 3-6 :: Aug 1-5 from 1-3pm each day
Ages 7-11 :: Aug 8-12 from 1-3pm each day
During our 5 day course we will become scientists of the self! We will study our relationship to others, ourselves, our bodies, our breath, our emotions, and practice our ability to focus and meditate. Each day will be filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play, and activities that engage children and give them the big picture of what yoga is as well as the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside!
Cost is $185 per child. Members save 10%.
