Blueberry jam! Use sure gel pectin, and follow the instructions for cooked jam. Once they have cooled and popped. About 24 hours. Put a jar in the refrigerator and wait 24 hours before you eat it give it time to set solid. Enjoy! Sorry this video is so long!

Avalanche, no bake cookies are pretty amazing!
Ingredients:
16 ounces white chocolate bark melted
Add in 3/4 cup peanut butter sternal smooth
Add 2 cups of rice, Chris
Add in one and a half cups of mini marshmallows
Add in one cup of mini chocolate chips, save a few of those chocolate chips for the tops of the cookies
Mix in the order listed then drop mixture by heaping tablespoons on parchment paper top with the remaining chocolate chips and chill and refrigerator until cookies are set about two dozen

Mojitos! It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!
Pineapple Mojito with mint :
2 ounces of vodka
1 ounce coconut water
1 ounce pineapple juice
Half an ounce of lime juice, fresh mint leaves, 7-Up or soda water
Ice cubes
Pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and mint sprag for garnishing
Regular Mojito with rum
Mint leaves, muddled and bottom of glass, a slice of wine, squeeze and metal leave in glass a vodka ice seven mix and go
I learned what muddling is we use the wooden spoon I’ve officially ordered one on Amazon !

Two kinds of Mojitos: pineapple Mojito with vodka and mint, and a plain Mojito with rum! It was 5 o’clock somewhere!
Cheesecake lemon tarts takes three ingredients:
Crescent rolls original
No bake cheesecake
Lemon curd
Roll your croissants
Add cheesecake pie filling and lemon curd
Bake 12-15 min. 350 degrees

Gluten-free green pea salad
Ingredients for the main salad are :
One box of cooked and cooled pasta for this recipe I am using gluten-free you can use regular pasta as well.
One cup of ham, diced
1/2 cup of green peas
8 ounces cheddar cheese, diced
Half red bell pepper, diced
Half sweet onion, diced
Mix all of these and set aside, for your dressing, one cup of mayonnaise for regular salad use Hellmann’s
3 tablespoons relish
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon of must
1 tablespoon
Half teaspoon of salt
Mix all of these and put with other part of salad stairwell refrigerate overnight for best taste better than the next day.
This was really really good!

Broccoli salad
Broccoli salad - Terrie’s favorite!
Ingredients needed :
Two bunches/crowns of broccoli trimmed down to no stalky stems and make bite-size. Make sure you wash it thoroughly, pat dry.
Container of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
About six slices of bacon cooked crumbled
Half a red onion, diced
For the dressing about 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking white wine or a fresh white wine we used fresh.
Couple tablespoons of Hellman mayonnaise pinch or two of sugar
Mix all the vegetables together then make your dressing and a separate bowl. You might have to make a second batch dressing you want a little bit of liquid in the bottom of the bowl not a lot. It will soak in overnight.
Best if done the night before, stir before serving.
This is a salad where you can make it to your taste, so there is a lot of leeway with how much of each ingredient . Enjoy it is a very good salad!
Dr. Pepper Ribs
You will need :
4.5 pounds country style ribs
2 - 12 ounce cans of Dr Pepper soda
3/4 cups of barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons of liquid
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
In a crockpot for four hours on high or six hours if you’re doing low, put your ribs in and pour one can of Dr Pepper over them if you need more because you wanna make sure you have enough liquid in there you can add more.
Move ribs from the crockpot to a foil covered pan with a wire rack
Mix all the ingredients to make your sauce brush it on the ribs. Bake for 15 minutes on 400.
Turn the ribs over brush again and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve and you can use the remaining sauce if you’d like!
These were super tender, love them!

Biscuits made easy
One cup salted butter ( 2 sticks)
Melt
Add 2 cups of sour cream, mix completely and add 2 cups of self rising flour. When all is mixed place 2/3 cups, helpings into each cupcake pan. 12 cupcake pan.
You do not have to grease it, do not push biscuits in tight. They will not stick.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden Brown. The recipe said 23 minutes but they weren’t done. They were golden at 25. I checked them with a toothpick to make sure they were done. So time may vary.
Jagerkohl- German cabbage stew! Now before you stick your nose up to think twice! I will be making this again and again it is amazing!
Ingredients:
2 cups, cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
One russet potato, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
Half of an onion, diced small pieces
Six slices of bacon , cooked, and chopped up, set aside. (you can do them in your Dutch oven and leave the juice in the pan and pull the bacon out)
1 link of Kielbasa (Polish sausage)
Half a pound ground beef
Half a teaspoon browning liquid
Salt and pepper to taste
Half a teaspoon red pepper flakes
In your Dutch oven, cook your bacon set it aside when it cools chop it up
Cut up your sausage cook it throughout, pull out a pan and set with bacon to the side
In the juices from the sausage and the bacon now cook your ground beef
When it is close to being done, add your onion and cook until translucent
Add your salt and pepper red pepper flakes stir in
Add your cabbage, potatoes, broth, and browning liquid
Stirred altogether cover and simmer for 30 minutes until potatoes are soft
Add back in the bacon and sausage - kielbasa
Ready to serve enjoy ! I made biscuits to go with mine!

Bahama mama Jell-O shots
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Add one box watermelon Jell-O the 1.394 box. Stir until dissolved.
Let cool slightly
Add one cup coconut rum, half cup peach schnapps blend and pour up in little cups gel, two or three hours till solid.
Wow ! They are pretty darn good but eat Jell-O shots responsibly! Lol!

Peach cobbler made from fresh peaches

4 cups of peaches, peeled, sliced, and diced to bite-size
3/4 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Gently heat until sugar dissolves set aside
For batter
One cup of flour
One cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking
Half a teaspoon
3/4 cups of milk
Mixed well
In a 9 x 13 preheat oven to 350 put 6 tablespoons of butter in pan and heat/melt while preheating oven
Once preheated pull out poor batter over melted butter
Add peaches, smooth out bake 40 to 45 minutes . I did 45.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream or just buy it . This recipe is from Mike Breen.
Best cobbler I’ve ever had. My mom’s recipe is very good too, but it calls for canned peaches. I’ll make that recipe one day and we can compare.
I did sprinkle sugar over the top of it before I baked it , you decide.
Taco sticks
1 pound ground beef
One package taco seasoning
One tube Pillsberry pizza dough
Colby Jack cheese sticks cut in half
1/4 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dry parsley
Oven 425 spray baking sheet
Brown your ground meat drain it off. I have the taco seasoning mix well removed from heat and set aside.
Lay the pizza dough out flat cut it lengthwise then cut each half into five equal rectangles so you have 10 rectangles spoon the cooled taco meat down the center of each rectangle top with a half Colby Jack cheese stick
Roll the pizza dough up over the meat and cheese and pinch clothes like breadstick place the taco sticks down, combine the butter, garlic powder and dry parsley and brush them generously over the taco sticks
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden
Great with salsa or ranch You decide!

Zucchini chips
Two good sized zucchinis washed and sliced very thin
1 1/4 cups, Panko breadcrumbs
2/3 of a cup Parmesan sprinkle cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Milk to soak slices in (10 to 15 minutes)
Once you have made your slices and you have soaked them, then roll them in the crumb mixture and lay out on a rack Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Would be great dipped in ranch, salsa, cheese dip. You could be pretty inventive.
Zucchini chips, a snack or a meal you decide
Chicken salad for sandwiches or just eating! Best on croissants, but great with crackers too!
