This is a busy Optometrist office that needs an organized person to help with the functionality of everyday office life. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
*Opening and closing of the office
*Answering phones, making appointments, and filing charts
*Pulling patient records
*Pulling eligibility for insurances through Practice Management
*Ordering contact lenses and frames for both patients and the office
*Pricing, submitting materials and exams into Practice Management
*Computer skills a must, Practice Management skills preferred, but will train.

Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start
Benefits: Paid time off, Vision Benefits
Schedule: Day shift No weekends
