We have immediate starts available in our 24-hour Emergency Assistance Services (EAS) program! If you or someone you assist has a CADI, BI, or DD waiver let Options Residential, Inc. assist you.

24-hour EAS a problem solving and support service providing on-call and/or immediate response at your home due to a health or personal emergency that is not related to an injury or an immediate danger.

All services are customizable as personal situations change. This service is offered to individuals who live in Dakota, Hennepin, Scott, Carver, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington and Sherburne Counties as well as other counties upon request.

Options Minnesota is looking for an HR Generalist!

This role would support one of our organizations that provides group home and residential care to individuals who have developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for the analysis, research, development and evaluation of employee relations and human resources policies, programs, reporting and procedures. You would work closely with employees and supervisors regarding performance management and employee relations items. This role will also provide expertise and training for new hires and existing staff, as needed, including topics such as: personal safety, reasonable suspicion, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance for the organization. Will work closely with payroll to ensure proper processing and changes in status.

Salary: $50k+/year DOQ
