Yesterday was for the farm, getting the meats ready for another six months.

Yesterday I had a craving for fresh flounder fish cooked the Chinese way.

Sunday lunch after service though I craved Eguzi soup 😆 turkey wings and mixed cabbage.

One of the things I marvel at Nigerian parties is seeing Nigerian women packing Mac and Cheese for takeaway. Honestly, I am not prejudiced, but I can not eat regular American Mac and Cheese that is not spiced. I find it difficult because my palate is used to spicy food.

I cooked my Mac and Cheese well spiced with my homemade spices, suya pepper, black pepper, onion powder with fresh onions, mushroom seasonings.

Today's lunch is ground turkey with mushrooms in white wine roasted cornmeal, served with mixed vegetables.

Last night, I made Atama Soup. A healthy soup synonymous to Akwa Ibom people of Nigeria. This soup is everything healthy. Believe my words for it. I will be posting the video tomorrow. Check it out and comment. Here's all the ingredients that went into the soup.

Life lessons you don't need me to teach you. Don't be overly kind, forgiving, and overly helpful. People are ungrateful, and you will be abused eventually. I am writing from experience. Today's lunch.
