One of the things I marvel at Nigerian parties is seeing Nigerian women packing Mac and Cheese for takeaway. Honestly, I am not prejudiced, but I can not eat regular American Mac and Cheese that is not spiced. I find it difficult because my palate is used to spicy food.
I cooked my Mac and Cheese well spiced with my homemade spices, suya pepper, black pepper, onion powder with fresh onions, mushroom seasonings.
Today's lunch is ground turkey with mushrooms in white wine roasted cornmeal, served with mixed vegetables.
