Cheesecake baking tip of the day:

A water bath helps cheesecakes cook evenly, ensuring the edges don’t bake faster than the center. The process gently bakes the custard slowly, ensuring a smooth and creamy filling. Otherwise, the dessert may get a rubbery texture. It also prevents cracking along the surface and browning on the top

Water bath truck: You don’t actually have to put your cheesecake in the water. Put a cake pan of hot water on the bottom shelf while the oven is preheating and leave it there. Put your springform pan on the middle shelf. This will create the moisture and get the same end result.

It has a graham cracker crust, maple flavored cheesecake with candied bacon mixed inside and topped with a maple caramel pecan bacon topping ❤️

Ps… this has a whole pound of thick cut bacon on top!
