It's our second Independent Bookstore Day celebration during a worldwide pandemic, and it has us reflecting on our year. This is how we worked this year to make Harvard Book Store happen.
Count all the books!
On Monday, April 12, we will be CLOSED for our annual inventory
This includes: in-store shopping, curbside pickup services, and customer service by phone. These services will resume when we reopen on TUESDAY at NOON!
How will this affect online orders?
Orders placed on harvard.com after 3pm ET on Saturday, April 10, and at any time on Sunday, April 11, will not be processed until Tuesday, April 13. Please note that it may take us several business days to catch up.
