Creating flat lays is a fun and creative process - using a box or basket we quickly gather what-nots, doo-dads, and other small items, then let the fun begin. They’re a great way to showcase our tiny treasures!

We voted to give ourselves the afternoon off on Halloween as a treat for our tenth year in business. This year, we'll be home to enjoy trick-or-treaters and prepare for Halloween parties. We invite you to come downtown and visit our other businesses, where many treats will be waiting for little hands!

It’s time to pick up some vintage reads for the rainy days ahead - we have a good selection to pick from. Having a new book to start is always nice…you can feel good that your dollars are going to support our local library programs, too. 🧡

Side note: everything except the pumpkins are things we already had and repurposed for our entry. The fireplace case once had doors and was in Tina’s home for years (she bought it pre loved), then it sat outside in front of the shop for several more years, holding our miscellaneous outdoor doodads. If you know us, you know we’re all about using it, reusing it, and using it up. You also know we couldn’t do a scarecrow of some kind. Being resourceful is part of running a small business - it’s also a fun part of the creative process. Come sit by our fire, then come inside and see what’s new! 🔥🎃🕸️👻😱
