When looking for a contractor to help accomplish your projects, please know that we want to give you the best possible experience and the best workmanship we can provide.

CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
CONTRACTOR - $2,800 dollars.

CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
CONTRACTOR – How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT – $800 max! It’s a simple job!
CONTRACTOR – I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
CONTRACTOR – For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $800 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.

CLIENT – Deal!
CONTRACTOR – Great! To start, you need to buy tools. You will need a chipping hammer, a nail gun, a laser, a drill, a mixer machine, PPE, and some other things.

CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
CONTRACTOR – Ok. I can rent you my tools for another $300. You’re still saving $800.

CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your tools.
CONTRACTOR – Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.

CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my tools needs to be on other jobs I have during the week.

CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.
CONTRACTOR – Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the materials. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the hardware store by 6am before other contractors get there.

CLIENT – AT SIX IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!
CONTRACTOR – I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?

CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably is better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
CONTRACTOR – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

We got to do something special today! We teamed up with Red-beard’s Trees to do a mission project for a wonderful family. This was a massive tree with a 48” trunk that died a few years ago and became hazardous. We give all glory to God for this project, He provided resources, skill, and Holy Spirit moved, as only He can do, to put it on our hearts. Thanks Red-Beard’s Trees for all your hard work and your passion for Jesus.

We bought an investment property a while back and we are finally making some moves to restore it. This project has reminded us that we can become uninhabitable without day to day maintenance. However with hardwork time and dedication beauty can be brought out of brokenness. So don’t give up!

We recently had the joy of working for a Kingdom family to do a large exterior remodel. I believe they were the best customers we have ever had!

We were recently able to build some decks for a kingdom family. It was a fun build especially since we were able to work with kingdom friends to bring this project into fruition.

The Lord is always blessing and caring for all His children. He brought a wonderful family to us to bring there vision of home into a reality. This next week is a big week for top out plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Below you will see our progress pictures so far. Let us know how we can bless your family!

We recently replaced porch posts and rebuilt second story deck for a wonderful customer. We are thankful for the ability to serve our King Jesus through our customers. Do all things as unto the Lord!

This was a fun project we added approximately 750 sqft onto a small concrete block bed and breakfast for a brother and sister in Christ. They skillfully drew it up and allowed us to bring it into fruition for them. We changed the roof line and added a large back porch, new ac installed, new septic, new metal roof, Sheetrock tape bed and texture, and painted the outside. Customer was a master electrician and did a great job on the electrical! They will finish painting on the inside and install all there fixtures. This was a fun project and a wonderful customer to work with, to God be all the glory! We’re very thankful for all the contractors that helped us complete this project. All things are possible through Christ who strengthens us.

We met a wonderful family and resided there home, rebuilt a deck and contracted a mason for the brick skirting. What a transformation!! Kingsmen at work glorifying the King in all we do!

We have been working hard this summer and this was one of our projects that’s almost complete. We teamed up with JWard Services and several other contractors to bring this beauty into fruition. This amazing family had a cabin that needed a complete reset. We added new windows and doors, relocated and completely redid the plumbing, electrical was completely gutted and redone including all new fixtures. Cabin was resealed and painted inside and out. We rebuilt a second story deck and added a screened in porch, a new roof, a custom tile shower and floor, all new cabinets/countertops, custom bookshelves, brought back to life old wood floors with fresh stain and a clear coat. We repurposed some tongue and groove pine for that rustic feel on accent walls. All new septic system, outdoor shower with hot water, sidewalks all the way around the cabin, all new paint inside and out, and we refaced the fireplace creating a more efficient option for gas logs or real wood. We hope this beautiful remodel blesses this family for many years to come.
