Here we have the Creative Egde Construction team working on a screened-in porch renovations. They demoed all of the screens, cut the overhangs, replaced all rotted window trim, added trim fillers, replace and repaired all shelf tops with beveled edges, installed shoe trim, caulked and sealed.
Replace all spindles and redesigning area for new balusters. Replacing wood rot on windows and adding new trim and boards. Installed new black matte round balusters. Primed and Painted all new wood on interior and exterior.

Windows arrived. The view is spectacular. Framing the windows.

This home on the lake was completely gutted. Concrete poured flooring is in, raised floor to be one level, framing walls, electrical and plumbing.

The guys removing a tree that had fallen from previous storm and repairing the roof and shingles.

This home had a roof leak going into the closet. New roof on the home. Removed Sheetrock and added bead board. Freshen up the beams with paint, added new flooring in closet.

Check out the curb appeal on this project done by the Creative Edge Team. Our team removed the entire driveway and sidewalks. Regraded and leveled out the driveway. Poured new concrete, graded lawn and seeded area. Looks beautiful!
