Made the pour last week, and getting framing going this morning. We don’t usually pour the concrete ourselves but did for this special client, will do anything for mom. Made it a family affair to honor our late father since he always took pride in the foundations of his buildings. He always taught us if you make sure the foundation is right, it’s easy to keep the rest right.

The original Macedonia Baptist Church, built in the late 1880's and located on the corner of highway 20 and East Cherokee Drive, was a large part of the Macedonia community. During the widening of highway 20, it was determined that the church had to be relocated. Lusk Construction Group had the honor of disassembling the original church and building the new church less than a mile from its original location. The new church, now located on East Cherokee Drive, is over 15,000 square feet and has the capacity to comfortably seat 300 people. We are honored to have had such a huge part of the relocation of this wonderful church.
