As part of renovation project posts. We demoe’d the old restaurant and built a completely brand new restaurant now called 95 Shore. Along with architect on the architectural design and .design.concepts on interior finishes design, we built this beautiful space overlooking 3 golf holes, multi million dollar homes and Nantucket Sound. The scope included features such as the White Oak Timber Trusses holding over 8,000 lbs of steel cages for TV’s and Bottle Storage, custom blackened steel dividing wall, custom banquettes, bar, ceiling features and many more. The team worked along with to integrate cell phone charges with each corner of the bar under the quartz counter. The restaurant won the Golf Inc “Golden Fork Award”. @ The Club at New Seabury

Second Floor Master Addition over 2 car existing garage. Included a Master Bath, Master Closet and Bedroom with a large bay window.

Included in our scope project was to transport a $100,000 1,200 Custom Wine Wall from California to Mashpee, MA. We insured the unit, modified to make it fit, installed all the duct work and electrical. In addition we were asked to build a custom wine cart that the team could wheel around for events throughout the entire 25,000 sqft Club House

With $5 million in Renovations at New Seabury in 2019 we’ll start our series of posts with the first one being the Post & Beam Structure completed last year. Included foundations, post and beam, fir ceiling, lightning protection, roofing, sprinklers, waterproof decking structure, custom uplighting, Stone counters and caps and many more features. @ The Club at New Seabury

Recent Kitchen Renovation including custom pantry shelving, shiplap walls, shiplap hidden door leading to the basement, 5x10 island built from the original reclaimed framing timbers at our shop, wide plank flooring to match the flooring the mid 1800’s.

Custom Design Build Douglas Fir Post & Beam Screened in Porch. Over 500 SqFt of entertaining space. The build included over 200’ of LED Uplighting, 60” Outdoor TV, Speaker System, Outdoor Heaters, Mahogany Decking & Custom Live Edge table with seating for 20. @ Massachusetts
