Another project finished up in Beautiful Lake Arrowhead! We took a wall that was falling over and a parking area that was cramped and changed into a usable area for 3-4 cars. The guys knocked it out of the park on this one!

Another one wrapped up in Lake Arrowhead! In a couple months there will be a beautiful new home here ready for a new buyer!

Big loads of block mean one thing…………..big walls! Starting this 12,000 sqft in beautiful Ballground Ga for Stay tuned!!

Yard Geniuses landscaped a yard we created through Hardscapes. Landscape really helps the whole area shine! Cannot wait to see this courtyard blooming in spring!

Today was one of those days that fills your heart. We adore our community and are so thankful to be a part of it. 💕

The Teachers & Administration have literally poured their blood, sweat & tears into bringing a greenhouse to the kids. Whenever you do anything at the school there are lots of requirements to work around. They didn’t let that discourage them, but they kept working until they finally had the perfect plan.

We have the privilege of contributing to bringing the dreams of the AgVentures At RM Moore department to life. We were able to pour the slab for the greenhouse and outdoor classroom. They will have the greenhouse on one side and tables, chairs & umbrellas on the other. They also will have six-16ft garden boxes on the other side of the sidewalk! These kids will have the chance to grow their own vegetables and then eat them in the cafeteria. Memories & lessons that are invaluable.

A good morning for a backfill!

This is a patio we did about a year ago. We never got around to posting it’s full
Story.

This homeowner reached out to us and was very frustrated. She hired someone to build a large patio behind their home. The contractor told her that was impossible and that she had to have tiers. Needless to say, there was issues with the walls he build. They were not straight or built correctly, then he started asking for more money and just not showing up.

That is when we got involved. The Homeowner decided to have the project done correctly and deal with that guy separately. Our first question was: why she was having the area tiered? It majorly cut into the usability of the patio. She explained it was the only option. We showed her how it can be done easily to create a level space. We were able to give them exactly what they wanted! 🙌

Hiring the right company is so much more than comparing prices 💰. You need to make sure they can see your vision and more importantly care about giving you what you want. We pride ourselves in listening to understand what you want and bringing it to life.

Lastly, We can not emphasize enough, CHECK REFERENCES!!! People can promise the world but not everyone can deliver on those promises? Have they already done so for others?

Efficient as we can be!!!

We just wrapped this gem up in downtown Ballground at the Mayors House. Installed a Keystone Brick paver and repaired the Brick walls. Brings that southern flare to North Ga! Thank you for the business

This project was not for the faint of heart. The lot was so steep the customers had a cable cart installed to get access from there house to the lake. Needless to say five other companies said the steps could not be done but guess what……QC said it could and now look at the finish product! Always on time, on budget and QUALITY above all else!

You do not need a ton of space to create a functional entertainment area! This was all built into an unusable sloped backyard in Lake Arrowhead. More drone pics to come…

⭐️ Here is a “Sneak peak” of one of the projects we are finishing up this week. This project is definitely one to impress. Can’t wait to share the full scoop along with Before and Afters.

We are so behind on posting jobs… hoping to get caught up soon.

These clients called us fearing they had a major drainage issue. They had had a contractor install walls and a drainage system. Their plan was to put a patio over this area for more entertainment space. However, the contractor did not finish the job so they put mulch down. The mulch was saturated most of the time. They thought the pipes were clogged or cracked. Which would have been a pain to repair.

On the estimate, Michelle asked them if they have dug down to make sure he had connected the pipes fully. They were able to dig down and discover that was the problem! It was a simple and free fix. This allowed them to do a large patio in the area they originally planned. We think it turned out awesome!

-DETAILS-
Pictured below is a loose set flagstone patio with 89 stone in the joints. The flagstone is wet from being washed down so it appears darker in the photo; if you wanted this look, we could add a sealer! One side has a wall cap border, and the other side has plastic edging.

-Loose set flagstone means that nothing is mortared in or permanently glued together.

We were excited to start this project. We have talked about this design a lot and changed it a few times over the last few months. It’s so exciting to start to see it come to life.

Our goal is always to make sure we give each homeowner the perfect space for their lifestyle! We have a series of questions we ask to make sure we understand the goal and will work with you to achieve it.

This couple has a gorgeous lake view and wanted more entertaining space to enjoy it. The other side of their yard is more visible from the street. This was a big factor in the decision to add all of the new square footage to the back of their home instead of coming off of the side also. This allowed us to incorporate their other basement door making the patio more versatile.

We are doing a flagstone overlay on their existing patio as well as adding around 600 sqft of new flagstone patio. This creates one large entertainment area. Overlays are a great tool for camouflaging the old and new patios, creating one big patio!

There are MANY reasons we overlay concrete with stone…

Here are a few we hear pretty often:

📌 Want an upgraded space

✔️Stone is a gorgeous natural material. It adds value & beauty to your home!

📌The desire for a larger patio without demoing what they have.

✔️We can expand what is there by pouring additional concrete up to their existing concrete. Then we overlay the whole thing with stone. This makes one large unified area.

📌The builder/other contractor did not finish the concrete to their satisfaction.

✔️When overlaying a patio with stone, unsightly concrete is covered over. It fixes the problem without having to have deal with the mess of demoing concrete. Many contractors will
not replace concrete for cosmetic reasons if it is structurally sound.

📌The concrete area was poured incorrectly, so the pitch is causing water to pool back toward their house.

✔️By overlaying the patio, we are able to build up the areas that need to be corrected. This creates the correct natural water flow. Again, this is such a great solution to solve the problem without having to tear out the concrete.

Patios can be overlayed with other products, such as pavers. However, Stone is very popular because it is a natural product that varies greatly achieving many different styles. You can get a more unified solid look, or a strongly varied stone. The otptions are endless!!
