DIY STRESS RECOVERY SERUM (aka daily love for your adrenals)

The adrenal glands are located just above the kidneys and are known for the 'fight or flight' response... which is great if we're running from a lion, but the constant stress of daily life keeps them on overdrive! Give them some love and keep them going strong:

Love love love this.. bees on our farm.. truly this is what is needed to help all the farms everywhere.

We are super excited to have our first bee yard at the farm. For many years we have been concentrating the essential oils of the amazing forests of North Idaho.

Inspired by the beach, this blend has all those citrus notes that you love, a touch of floral and i give you the option of a bit of mint or Patchouli if you want more earthy tones. we think you'll love it!​​​​​​​​

I think layering your applications always helps the scent linger longer!
