Vintage restoration complete! This customer wanted their original paint color restored and their original light fixtures restored as well. We installed a new ceiling fan and the fixtures that were restored. We demoed all walls that were chipping/flaking and we applied multiple coats of Durabond and soft mud. We repeatedly sanded then primered the entire job. Then we applied four coats of behr satin interior paint, matching the original color. These walls, ceiling and fixtures turned out great!

Bathroom Remodel

✅️ demoed entire bathroom, all fixtures, all electrical and All Plumbing
✅️ skim coat, sanded, primered and four coat painted all walls and ceiling
✅️ renailed all original subfloor and applied 7/16" OSB with screws
✅️ replaced inch and a half black ABS drains on both shower and sink, replaced 4-in abs toilet fl**ge and trap
✅️ replaced all hot and cold water supply lines for toilet, sink and shower
✅️ installed new 30x60 shower fixture(custom fit for upgraded sizing) and walls, new 18 inch by 16 inch vanity with sink top and fixture, new 18-in tall toilet and new towel racks and toilet paper holder
✅️ ran new 20 amp 12/2 circuit all the way back to 100 amp service box and installed new 20 amp GFCI and new light switch
✅️ installed new LifeProof brand Barley Oak Stock 22 mil lvp and transition strips as needed
✅️ installed new primered and three coat white semi-gloss base trim, accent trim and CPVC 1x4 trim throughout bathroom to complete job
✅️ caulked and sealed entire job as necessary

✅️ Properly setting base in mortar bed when applicable
✅️ Properly mounting All Plumbing lines to reduce noise and vibration when priming lines and backing mixer, shower curtain locations, shower head locations, grab bars and spigots with approved supports

There was a 🪟 that existed here between the original 🏠 and the newer Edition. Our customer asked if we could remove the 🪟 and come up with something that didn't require losing the open concept.
