Exciting News! Our gym will be moving locations for a better facility. We know you will have many questions over the next couple of weeks. We will be moving to 480 Old Canton Road in downtown Ball Ground. We are planning on our first official day in our new space to be Monday July 29th . We are thankful for each and every one of you so please feel free to ask any and all questions. Ball Ground here we come!

Congrats again to everyone that was promoted! Such an inspirational day seeing our teammates take new steps in the bjj journey. We are so grateful to have such a loyal, respectful, and dedicated group of people. Looking forward to many more years on the mats with the team!

REMINDER
Gym is closed today due to our instructors coaching our students at Tap Cancer Out in Marietta. Come out and support the team if possible. Event will be held at Cobb Civic center.

Congrats to all of our students this past weekend on their performances at Combat Sparring League!! Everyone represented the team very well with Adam bringing home 1st place. Huge thanks to coach .palva for dedicating his time and knowledge to build our striking program!! The first of many to come. Looking forward to watching our team grow stronger!!

These kids are the best! The work we have been putting into our kids program the past almost 7 years is clearly evident. The atmosphere we have created has allowed these kids to grow as individuals both on and off the mats. Our kids understand that to get better at anything they have to be consistent, work hard and stay focused. I'm so grateful for the respect and focus they show me no matter if I'm 3 feet away or 3,000 miles away! Thanks for the awesome class last night, you guys were the highlight of my day. Super proud Everyone, Oss!

Our students Grace and Mia competed over the weekend in Pensacola and represented the team well, bringing home several medals!! Super proud of the girls and the huge improvements they have made over the past few months.
