The humble dandelion is starting it's fall season. I've been out gathering flowers for more delicious and healthful tea for you!

Pictured are basil, thyme, sage and peppermint. I'll have these fresh this Saturday at the Canton Farmers' Market as well as dill, parsley, oregano, chives, and anything else that may be ready to harvest!

Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday to support myself and all the other vendors at the Canton Farmers' Market! It was a great day! See you there again August 10th!

I'll also have dried stevia leaves available tomorrow. A nice way to sweeten any tea. I added a few leaves when brewing my peppermint tea and it was yummy!

This Saturday at the Canton Farmers' Market I will have a limited supply of loose leaf echinacea tea available. Hope to see you there!

It's worth the time to brew up some mullein leaf tea. Steep the leaves in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Then strain it through a coffee filter or cheese cloth to filter out the fine hairs. Then enjoy the great cup of tea!

Things have been busy getting houseplants transplanted/started and drying more herbs.

I'm looking forward to being a part of the Canton Farmer's Market this year!

Starting the first oregano harvest this morning!

Today's the first harvest of thyme for the season! Getting it ready to dehydrate for use in your yummy recipes.

Becky's Garden is my home grown business! I have a bountiful herb garden, lovingly grown from seed, where I collect and dry herbs for use in all your culinary adventures and herbal teas. I also grow a number of houseplants from seed or cuttings to brighten up your indoors.
