We did it 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 if you would have asked me 1 year ago if I’d run a marathon I’d laugh 😂, here we are 2 marathons in 2 weeks. Forever grateful for all my family and friends who have supported me during all my training, YOU guys made me push harder than I ever thought I could! Today we set a 1/2 and Full Marathon PR and I got my BQ time 😭 (hopefully they don’t have some crazy buffer but I think I’m good with my 7 minutes)
Ready for some much needed recovery and soaking in all the feels of this training ❤️

As much as I love being a trainer, I prefer teaching group fitness classes. I’ve taught almost every format of class but spin is probably my favorite to teach. Over the last 15 years of teaching has been the best tool I have found to take classes to the next level. Music makes the class and FITRADIO has the best playlists! I never have to stress about making playlists for classes anymore 🙌🏼

Sometimes I don’t wear leggings
Morning bed head on point 👍🏻 Some things will never change. These pictures are 3 months apart. First is this morning and right is 1 month postpartum.
To get to this point I have not done anything wild or crazy. Here is what I have done though and I wanted to share because everyone thinks you need to not eat and spend hours in the gym.
✅Protein focused meals. When I comes to diet right now I’m focusing on eating adequate protein
✅ Drinking plenty of fluids, keeping a large water bottle around at all times
✅7,500 steps or more each day, you don’t need 10,000 promise.
✅being consistent 90/95% of the time. I have days where dinner is Chex mix and wine BUT that’s 1x in an entire month.
You CAN achieve your goals, easier than you think. Stop making excuses and just start a simple routine and stick to it.
April was a month full of fun and lots of new and exciting things 🩷 My heart is full…my brain is 🫠

It’s been a year without you here. They say time heals, and it will for sure take time. This past year has been the hardest year for me. Mentally, physically, emotionally. There were times I didn’t recognize who I was. Death is hard…
Today looking back at this past year knowing how much of a challenge it was, I know that this year will only be better. Anyday now until our sweet baby girl Tomi will be here 🤍 as much as it kills me she will never get to meet her Papa Tom, she will always feel like he is here.
I love you dad and miss you more and more everyday 🤍
