Stay hydrated..

When I am feeling fatigue, stress, headaches, muscle soreness, or having trouble sleeping I have found drinking more water or adding some electrolytes helps. My go to is coconut water or Nuun electrolytes (Strawberry Lemonade). If your looking for extra stress relief or better sleep the Calm magnesium (unflavored) is better. I took it last night before bed and slept great.

Why I use the liquid extracts?
