I don’t know how the natural wood grain looks like, hopefully great details so we can restore that to its original shape and quality❤️. A light wash is another option.. a Restoration Hardware paint finish..I’m all about preserving as much as I can from the original look of similar pieces except for when they’re too damaged then a solid or textured paint finish comes as a third option. New at the shop: This stunning Italian Provincial Double Dresser!! Would be such a statement piece as a tv stand or buffet! All hand painted in a Restoration Hardware inspired paint finish. I created soft layers of paint wash followed by dry brushing. The top was sanded to the bare wood and paint washed. The color is One Hour Enamel Leatherwood by Wise Owl Paint. Total Solar Eclipse away from the city crowds and automatic street lights. How do you get a better view than that? It’s a feeling like no other. I have been in a total solar eclipse before. The excitement from the crowd was contagious and amazing. I loved that experience! Someone who lived on a farm had told me back then about all the change that they’ve noticed in their farm animals behavior right before the event. It sounded really interesting and I secretly wished I had been on a farm to witness that as well! Well, here comes this amazing opportunity to watch The Great American Solar Eclipse in the great state of Indiana! We drove to the countryside and let me tell you: First, the birds started chirping the way they usually do right before sunset, then a couple chickens came out and looked a little confused! Then we heard a rooster, a cow and lastly a dog.. Crowing, Mooing and barking were all happening at the same time before it all went completely silent during the totality of the eclipse!!!
