We had an awesome time last night Cooking with Chef T.Jackson cooking class.
We made Lasagna rolls .
You guys did a great job .

Let’s make some oxtails. Rise and pat dry your meat. Rub with lemon and season with garlic, cayenne powder, salt and black pepper. In a large heated heavy skillet add vegetable oil. Brown meat on all sides. Then place meat into a large roasting pan. Add fresh thyme, parsley, oregano, dried bay leaves, (1)scotch bonnet . Large chunks cut (2) brown onions, red and green bell peppers, celery, (2) bunches green onions and (2) cans of whole tomatoes. (2) 32 ounces beef stock covered over meat and Cover with parchment paper 1st then cover with heavy foil. Cook in oven for (2) hours at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest (20) minutes before serving. This recipe is for 12-15 servings cut recipe in half for small batches.
