This beautiful Solid Oak Coffee Table will be the perfect accent piece to complete your living room. It was built by hand in the classic shaker style out of Red Oak and is very sturdy. The smooth, rounded edge profiles attract the eye and invite the hand to touch. It is finished with multiple coats of danish oil and hand-buffed with a layer of paste-wax for extra protection. Progress is progress!! I didn't have a ton of time to get work done tonight but was able to get the backer board and the French cleats installed on these record holders. Just a final sanding still needed before I put the finish on. Stay tuned!

The 4 memorial Urns I have been working on are now completely finished and here are the final results! Each one was built specifically for a different member of my wife's family to help memorialize her Mother.

Early Mother's Day Gift!!

My mom likes to put out leftover food scraps for the wildlife that live in the woods behind her house. She has been asking me to build her a feeding trough for a while now so I finally threw this together last night. I will throw a story up here once it is sitting in her backyard.

Springtime is coming up fast and I am trying to decide what outdoor products I am going to build and sell this spring. Let me know in the comments what you think would be the most popular sellers.

I put in some serious work last night milling all of this rough sawn Ash into perfectly square boards. By the end of the day today, I should have these glued up into something resembling a tabletop!

I cannot say enough good things about these Bessey Pipe Clamps!! They apply an immense amount of clamping pressure and they can extend to virtually any length of pipe you can find. With that versatility combined with the low cost, I don't think you can get a better value! I am probably going out to buy more of these today so I can have more to finish my current project!

Always a good feeling to see your child using and enjoying something that you made for them from scratch. Glad to see she loves her table!

Sipping on a new frozen drink at They don't have a name for it so I am calling it the Pina scotch-lada! It is a Pina Colada but the base spirit is Caribbian Reserve. I never thought scotch would work in a Pina Colada but this drink is 🔥🔥🔥!! Come get one before they discontinue it!

Built and Installed another White Oak Fireplace Mantel this week for a custom home builder. They requested I leave it unfinished. So, I am looking forward to seeing it once they add brick below and apply a stain/finish.

Threw together a quick lattice structure for the raised garden bed last night. Now our cucumber vines will have more room to climb and spread.

Finally got this White Oak mantel set in place in it's new home! I am loving the way this turned out and I cannot wait until they get the brick set underneath and add the final finish to the mantel itself! I will definitely keep you posted!

I am officially in love with White Oak!! I haven't even started sanding yet and I already know it is going to be hard to let go of this Mantel!

Finally got this white oak mantel glued up and assembled last night. This thing is a BEAST! Solid and HEAVY! Next step is sanding it down and installing in it's new home this afternoon!

I am toying with the idea of reorganizing my shop to make workflow a little easier. As of right now I am constantly moving my tablesaw, workbench, and planer around the shop so I can complete various tasks and it wasts a bunch of time! I would love to have a semi-permanent place to put each of my main tools and work surfaces. Any suggestions?

Fresh out of surgery and Big Debbie went straight to work and put a hurting on this stack of White Oak last night! Good to have this girl back to full strength!

Send a prayer up for Big Debbie here! She is in surgery tonight and we need her to pull through! A little switch and power cord transplant and she should in recovery here shortly. DM me if you want to send flowers or something! She also likes Whiskey 😜!

Look who got a facelift!! Remember the Custom Ash Mantel I built for a local home builder a couple months ago? The builder has it finished and she is looking sweet!
