Even with some heavy rains (5-7in) Friday night that washed out our program plans for the weekend, we were able to crash the Sandhills District Jamboree and has a great time with all of the activities. I'm super proud of all of our scouts who stuck through the weekend and participated in all events.
Congratulations to all scouts who earned their scout shooting awards or made strides towards advancements.
Thank you to all of our parents for staying flexible and showing our scouts a great time.
Now, let's do it again at Spookoree on the 22nd! Just this time, without the rain.

Proud of all of our scouts showing up helping us hit our goals this weekend! Don't forget that 73% of all popcorn sales goes directly back to scouting!
We just completed our installation of our Little Food Pantry at Morrisville Elementary School. The Scouts were joined for the ribbon cutting by Mayor TJ Cawley, Town Council members Liz Johnson and Steve Rao, as well as representatives from the Morrisville Elementary School administration, PTA and Occoneechee Council Scouting volunteers.
We completed our installation of the little food pantry at Morrisville Elementary. Proud to see our scouts in action, serving our local community. We were joined my Mayor TJ Cawley, Council members Liz Johnson and Steve Rao, as well as representatives from Occoneechee Council, the Morrisville Elementary PTA and WCPSS Administrators.
