PHOTOS: Former Willard Elementary School Vandalized in Casper Casper Housing Authority is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or person who is responsible for the vandalism at the former Willard Elementary School.

At approximately 8:00 PM the Casper Police Department responded to a shooting call in the 3800 Block of E 2nd Street in Casper, WY. There is a large police presence in the area and one person was transported to Banner Wyoming Medical Center. The shooting appears to be an isolated incident and involved/witness parties are being interviewed. Additional information will be shared as it becomes available.

The Casper Police Department has been made aware that a missing Lander, WY teen may be in Casper, WY. Rayleigh LaTray is a 16-year-old female, five foot four inches tall and approximately 110 pounds and is believed to be in Casper with her non-custodial parent.
