I was just browsing through this today and realized I was nominated for best massage therapist. I don’t even know what to say, I’m honored that any of my clients thought of me for this! I’ve struggled with my mental health since the passing of my brother and I’ve struggled keeping my business going because of it. I never in a million years expected anything from any of my clients and to see my name on the list is truly a blessing. Thank you all for everything you are and everything you do. Whether I win or not just seeing my name on there brightened up my day.

Good morning from the Zen Den. I wanted to come on here and let everyone know that I am opening my schedule up for part time. I have some availability for tomorrow the 22nd or Saturday the 23rd, if anyone wants to get scheduled. Next week, I'm available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for limited availability if anyone wants to get scheduled then instead!
Thank you all for your love, understanding and patience. I am so grateful to have such wonderful clients and a wonderful support system.
I just wanted to hop on here and apologize for being MIA for a little while now.
I have been deeply sad because of the loss of my brother back in August. I managed to “hold” it together for a while. Or what might have appeared to be me holding it together, but I have been struggling and it has affected my ability to provide quality care to you, my clients, or even show up for you when you need me. For that I am deeply sorry.
As of right now, I don’t know what the future looks like. I know this is my path and what I want to do but I have to focus on healing through this grief. I’m in the process of meditating and contemplating what I need to do moving forward. Whether I have reduced hours or what for a while, I’m not sure. I will post and update more within the next week.

Personally massage has helped me with feeling comfortable to allow others in my personal space. Having been in an abusive relationship I struggled with social anxiety and feeling save in a space with someone else. Massage has helped me over come that.
