A beautiful crisp 50 degrees on the mountain this morning! Nothing like waiting for the sun to come up to shoot a new mountain listing!

Our National Sales Meeting happened this week in St. Louis. It is always great to see everyone and how successful the year prior was for them. I was lucky enough to walk away with award for a category that was the highest in the company. An award my brother won last year and could of won this year again if it wasn't for a couple deals. None the less it was cool that they called my brother up to call out my name and hand me the award. My brother also won the top agent in his Colorado again. I am finishing up for my Colorado license as well and am joing a great Colorado team! It's not everyday you get to shoot your dream property. The smoke from the fires started rolling in, but I couldn't wait to see it. Started my day headed to the airport in St. Louis at 4am and landed back home at 2:45. Then jumped in the truck tired and wanting to call it a day. Couldn't of picked a better way to end my day, then on the mountain. From getting to spend 3 days with our awesome team at Whitetail Properties to the icing on the cake watching a sunset on the mountain!!! It was funny hearing everyone say how lucky we are to have a great team and getting to do what we love. It was the truest words to be this fortunate to be a Land Specialist with the best company. I can't wait to get back out there on a better day for pictures!

My favorite place to eat was closed, but Alex was there to shine the boots. This guy is awesome. Putting together listings on this 3 hour layover is not bad morning!

Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend celebrating our Independence Day! Remember it is not about fireworks, but the what yook place to make us a great and free country!

Had a great time on the water today with dad. It was a little slow, but still caught 15-20 walleye. Of course dad caught the biggest fish of the day!

We have had some unusually nice weather for this area the last month. I spent some time walking properties with the buyer's and we were not so lucky on the weather those days, but they still had great attitudes and we were able to negotiate an acceptable price that both parties liked. It was a great couple weeks making sure these properties were good to go for closing. It was great working with the seller and buyer in each transaction and making sure all parties were happy. Each of these properties had their own challenges, but I was able to walk the buyer's through everything and make them comfortable after explaining everything to them and getting any documents they will need for the future. It has been a busy year so far, from selling to listing properties. I have also added a new team member here is Southeast Wyoming that is starting off great. Must be doing something right that they feel threatened by my business. Got a call from my seller saying he just watched another real estate company with their name on the side of the vehicle stop and take my sign and drive off. 3rd one in that area in the past few months.

Its a sunny day for showings here in Laramie. A little to windy for a video, but still better weather than usual this time of year. Also replacing pulltabs that are always going quick in the area!

I would like to introduce a our new team member here in Southeast Wyoming. I sat down with Nick a few months ago and he seems like a great guy, that has common passions with everyone in the company. I am looking forward to working with him and building our business here in Southeast Wyoming. Nick Oceanak grew up outside of Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he developed a strong passion for big game hunting and is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist. Nick owns/operates Timberline Outfitters with his father Craig. Timberline is the second oldest licensed Outfit in Wyoming. Nick is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Safari Club International, and
an NRA lifetime member. Nick has been a professional guide for Timberline Outfitters since 2001. He currently guides antelope, mule deer, whitetail deer, elk, black bear, and turkey hunts in Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, and Iowa. He is a University of
Wyoming Alumni and specializes in wildlife management.
Nick and his wife, Natalia, own and operate Abundance Creative Arts and Child Care Center. They live on their mountain homestead in Tie Siding with their three children, Gabriel, Tavish, and Charmaine. All three children have grown to enjoy hunting and being outdoors just like their father. Nick currently helps
run his family farm and ranch in Southeastern Wyoming and is dedicated to sustainable agriculture practices and habitat preservation. As a land specialist with Whitetail Properties Nick combines his passions and expertise to connect buyers and sellers within the great Cowboy State of Wyoming
