Mental health does not show prejudiced in who it effects
I want to share the story of a colleague who bravely opened up about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse. He faced stigma and shame but he sought help and found the support he needed to heal and thrive.
This is a reminder that we are all human, and we all have our own battles to fight. It's important to prioritize our mental health and seek help when needed.
Let's continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement and support each other in our journeys towards well-being. We are all in this together.
