LETS TALK OIL TREATMENTS...

Rejuveniqe oil is different from other oils and here’s why⬇️

It’s made of essential oils, vitamins, antioxidants and that mimic your hairs natural oils to help balance the ph of your scalp and nourish your ends. It’s molecular structure is so small it can pe*****te all 3 layers of your hair to nourish down to the core.

Ok so what the hell does that all mean??

It’s means unlike other heavy silicone based oils you’ve heard of (Moroccan, argon, coconut, etc) this oil is light and silicone free so it does so much MORE for the health of your hair, scalp, and skin.

Here’s what I use it for💥

Pre-Shampoo Treatment:
Apply to dry or damp hair and scalp.
Leave on for 15 minutes; rinse thoroughly. Shampoo and condition as usual.

Intensive hydrating treatment:
Apply a generous amount to damp hair and scalp. Place a warm moist towel around the head and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly; shampoo and condition.

Anti-Frizz Leave-in Finishing Treatment:
Apply a small amount to hair after styling, concentrating on the ends.

Facial moisturizer:
Apply morning and evening to face, neck and décolleté prior to moisturizer, concentrating on problem areas such as fine lines and wrinkles, for instant hydration, protection, and improved texture and tone.

TELOGEN EFFLUVIUM (TE)💥

What in the heck is that??

In short, it’s the most common type of hairloss/thinning. It’s when up to 30% of your hairs are prematurely pushed into the telogen phase (or the resting phase) and stop the growth cycle. Those hairs stay “resting” and eventually fall out before new hairs have had a chance to grow in causing thinning.

What causes TE?

Stress. A traumatic experience. An imbalance of hormones. Childbirth. Surgery. General illness. Stress!!!

How do I deal with it?

You can start combatting and targeting the negative effects of TE by switching and consistently using gentle, safe products that promote growth and clear out any build up in your scalp so your new hair can safely and strongly grow 🌱

SPLIT ENDS😳Let’s get nerdy for a sec and unpack what “split ends” means⬇️

Split ends refers to the splitting or fraying of the hair shaft, most commonly affecting long hair. This occurs when the outermost layer of the hair shaft, the cuticle, is damaged, exposing the cortex of the hair. This damage can lead to hair breakage, dry hair ends, dead ends, and of course, split ends. It is a common misconception that split ends only affect the hair ends; the hair can in fact “split” anywhere along the hair shaft. This damaged hair is then coarse, dull, and difficult to manage and style.

Split ends can be prevented with some changes in your hair care routine. There are four main types of split ends, each visible in the way the hair splits.

-The Branch is the most common type, whereby the hair end resembles a tree branch. The cortex is still mostly intact, but parts are splitting away.

-The Fork describes a split into three and is indicative of more advanced hair damage.

-The Tree is a type that not only affects the tip but the length of the hair. Here, several “branches” split away from the cortex creating a frayed look.

-The Candle describes hairs that thin out towards the tips, caused by significant damage to the outer cuticle.

SO, your trying to grow your hair out but have split ends? Yeah, me too. Here’s what you can do⬇️

-I’m sorry to say it but you still need to get trims! Little baby trims will actually promote the hair to grow, and you’ll be growing out healthy ends.

A few ways you can prevent hair breakage:

-start doing oil treatments with rejuveniqe for nourishment and strength. Sleep in the oil overnight before each wash.
-start using scrunchies instead of tight elastic hair ties
-get a wet brush, be gentle when brushing, start with the ends and work your way up
- Restore leave in conditioner is a must for daily hair protection
-get regular trims
-don’t over process with bleach, if you wanna go blonde, trust the process, it takes more than one appointment sometimes. Trust your stylist!
