👩‍🍳 Special mention to Mark, not competing this time, but graciously offered a slice of his lemon/blueberry cake to the judges ! Fair-play !!
All the creations presented to the judges were stunning !
Cakes and Pies were reviewed and evaluated according to 5 criteria : taste, texture, originality, level of skill, and presentation.

📢 Sunday 06/30 ! PUBLIC EVENT !!
The Cedar Rapids/French Pastry by Sandrine Bake-Off Show Final !
Here is the schedule :
*2pm : Friday's cakes and pies presented to the judges
*2-3pm : the judges team review the 3 cakes and 2 pies, determine the winners
* in the meantime, slices of cakes are available for the audience to purchase, look for the cart at the entrance of the Kitchen !
*3:15pm : announcement of the winners, awards, pictures taking, thank yous !
📢 Folks please come to NewBo City Market tomorrow Sunday afternoon to support our bakers and enjoy their creations, the Final is a great community and family event open to everyone !
