Candidate MUST BE proficient in most aspects of construction.

Job responsibilities will include:

Rough Framing, Light Electric, Light Plumbing, General Labor, Door and Window work, Drywall, Painting, Trim Carpentry, etc.

GOOD COMMUNICATION is a MUST!! Candidate will be communicating with home owners, sub contractors, etc.

MUST HAVE own hand tools and basic power tools, valid drivers license and own RELIABLE transportation. Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

This is a 1099 position. Candidate must carry own liability insurance. We can help ascertain liability insurance, if needed.

Must be able to travel throughout Collin County and Grayson county- most work will be in these areas.

Start salary is between 35,000 and 52,000 per yr. (based on experience) with potential to earn job completion bonuses. Guaranteed 40 hours plus per week!
