Dianne Lost 83 Lbs!
Dianne lost 83 lbs BUT that is not even close to the best part! Using the tools she learned while losing weight, she stopped a 40-year-long smoking habit, quit drinking alcohol, and came off 2 prescription medications. She also broke her addiction to fast food! Talk about a TOTAL life upgrade! I've always had thyroid issues and no one seems to address my problem. When I had a friend recommend MRC as a way to help with the hormones, I'm like yeah I'm ALL IN. I'm checking that out. Buffalo Chicken Salad
Salads often get a bad rap 🥗 It seems like they're either SO ultra-healthy that they're just tasteless bowls of assorted foliage OR they're cavernous bowls of fat and calories that just happen to be sitting on top of a bed of lettuce - often times worse nutritionally than the hamburger and fries you didn't order because you wanted something "healthy" 😔 We believe, though, that there CAN exist a balance between health and taste when it comes to salads, and we think we've found it here with this one! Often times, we rely on dressing to bring the variety and flavor to a salad. Dressings, while delicious, can be deceptively unhealthy, and are often one of the main culprits behind a healthy salad gone wrong (and it doesn't help that we've been conditioned by restaurants to rely on far more than one serving with our salads).
