Please note: Saturday, August 3rd the Pistol and Shotgun Ranges will be closed 9:00AM to 1:00PM. Rifle ranges will be open as normal.

The trial period for the steel target is over and the decision has been made to remove it from the 100-yard range due to the damage it sustained from the use of prohibited rounds (likely 7.62x54r surplus AP rounds, recovered on the bench and at the target base - pictured). In addition, no one signed in and declared that caliber in the log book. If you notice anyone using the range without a membership card or having signed in, please contact one of the club officers.

Do not shoot Magnum or Military Surplus (Steel Core) rifle ammunition at the steel target! This damage was likely caused by 7.62 penetrator rounds. The steel target is still up on a trial basis and a final decision on keeping it available to club members has not been made. Also, you MUST sign in when using the range.

The steel target can be found in the storage shed (same code as the gate). Please read and follow the rules during the trial period. Feedback is welcome!

The Board of Directors has approved a trial of a club provided steel target for use on the 100/200-yard rifle range! Instructions and rules will be posted soon.
