I'm typically good. I can watch violent movies, documentaries, the news etc - but today, I got - got 😞

An article about gun violence shook me to my core.
I understand the need for investigative journalism & appreciate the tough work journalists do. That said, I didn't finish the series of articles & I don't plan to.

I needed to take care of myself. Here's a glimpse of what I did, maybe it'll work for you if you find yourself in need as well.

seven is my favorite #.

for some it represents an idea of completeness.
for others it represents the Greek deity Athena and the Roman deity Minerva, both goddesses of war and the city protectress. 7 can also represent insightfulness, intuitiveness, truthfulness & introspective. in Pythagorean numerology 7 means spirituality
lastly some say it is the union of the physical (number 4) with the spiritual (number 3).

regardless, 7 means a lot to me & I'm going to lean into that throughout the rest of the year......
