At Alpha Autoworks we’re dedicated to be being the best. We love hearing this kind of feedback because we know this is not an accident. Every problem is a challenge. The thousands of hours and late nights spent in the shop, training, digging into information and testing different procedures, shows through our track record and client reviews.

Today I signed somebody’s paycheck for the first time. Kind of crazy to look back at the last 4 years and think about the journey thus far. Lots of hard/painful lessons, doubt and adversity along with tremendous growth as a person, as a father, as a man and business owner. Entrepreneurship is not for everybody. It takes everything you have and then some. Success is never owned, only rented, and rent is due every day.

How many mechanics do you know that are going to training after 15 years in the industry? STILL trying to get better after allegedly “mastering” the craft?

Cars and trucks are always changing. The industry is always changing. It can be difficult to stay on top of. Every year there’s a new design, a new technology, new information and new procedures. We believe constant education and training is absolutely necessary.

My truck at 200k plus miles drives better than it did when I bought it

When you buy your vehicle based on who’s doing the work that’s completely being trusted

Even though he doesn’t work for me I consider him my mechanic because with out him this business wouldn’t run as smooth
With out Alpha auto works I’m sure I’d be over priced on Jobs and lied too

We round it to 600
When the bill is 1337 we round it to 1400

Always hits me with hey I saw this part was dirty we cleaned up up

It’s ok I had to take the part out anyway only made sense to clean it

This young man was raised right and by the right family who has also been very supportive of TLC

Do a little extra give a little more if someone does a good job make sure you tell them over and over again because As a small business we have to pay ourselves on the back and be proud in silence 🤫

The old connecting rods and pistons will be turned into trophies for their pinewood derby race. We thought this was such a cool idea. We were happy to give them as many as we had. Can your mechanic understand a bmw cooling system parts diagram?

Testing fuel quality and ethanol content with a little science experiment. You should see only one separation line between water and gasoline. We see 3 separation lines here with only a tiny bit of old yellow gasoline near the top. The rest is water, ethanol and other contaminates. This caused all kinds of problems and the car wouldn’t even start.

Lifters and camshaft replacement on a 2014 ram 1500 with a 5.7L hemi. One of the lifters roller bearings failed and ate up the camshaft. Luckily we caught this one early and we were able to save the engine.
