Hello all! We just want to say thank you so much first to God, for not only providing our needs, but who always make things happen, all who have prayed for us, and those who came by to see us and purchased our baked goods. Thank you as well to Mykel (Event organizer), who lent us his canopy. We would have been rained on if he hadn't lent us his canopy. Made some P**o Kutsinta. These delicious treats took 30-45 minutes just to make 18 pieces. Our electricity bill jumped $100 more in the previous month. Imagine making 100 pieces of these. I’m sorry, but they will not be added to our menu anytime soon.

Our famous Bibingka. We were sold out at a festival this past weekend including the pie size Bibingka. Thank God.🙌❤️ Thank you for all those who bought and expressed their delight and grabbed more to take home. A client wanted something "bear" for her daughter's birthday. I gave her some ideas and she picked this one. Aren't they cute? She said her daughter and her friends loved it and passed it around to grab which one they liked and said "they tasted yummy". Thank you for the order and happy birthday to your daughter.

God has graciously gave us another addition to our menu. He gave me this idea. I made and have it tasted; took pictures and received quite a compliment and received five dozen orders as a result. ESPASOL (Toasted Mochi). Thank you for your order.
To those who do not know what Espasol is (pronounce s-pah-sol). It's a Filipino delicacy and it's gluten free. It is similar to Butter mochi. The difference is Espasol is softer, fluffier and melts in your mouth compared to butter mochi. Butter mochi is dense and made with added butter and eggs, and the glutinous flour is not toasted. Available in Ube, Pandan, and Original flavor. Below is the original flavor Espasol.
