Good morning y’all, we are getting settled in and have started selling our farm fresh eggs here in Spring Hill and Chapel hill. Thank you to those who have already bought!!! If you need farm fresh eggs, let us know❤️
Just a little education about fresh eggs. The outermost layer of the egg is called the bloom. It is the last layer of the shell. It covers the egg and the pores of the egg to protect the egg from bacteria. Fresh egg can be left out for a couple weeks or refrigerated a couple months and stay good. That’s why we don’t wash our eggs to keep the bloom intact.
