Last thank u for teacher appreciation! And then Ms. Larunda, Ms Jasmine and Ms Mecca pooled together and bought me gifts! When I say I love this crew! Trust! Thank you so much ladies…. I won’t say nothing bad bout nobody for 2-3 days!❤️❤️❤️

Just wanted to give all the Blossoms families a special thanks for making our Teacher appreciation week so special. The love you all shared was amazing! To see the smiles on these teachers faces and hear the conversations about being appreciated warms my whole spirit! On Monday we had breakfast from Jimmy John’s provided by some friends at. The Community School for People under 6. Thank you Anna Mercer-McLean. On Tuesday we had teacher pouches full of treats provided by families and the center. We also had muffins and iced coffee! On Wednesday we celebrated worthy wages with Gift card packs. To all the families that provided gift cards….!!!! Each teacher has lunch for weeks! Thank you…On Thursday we had gift baskets and notes from the children! Thank u for helping them with their notes…biggest smiles! Donuts and pizza on Friday! You guys rock!

More winter…birthday, black history, Suess Birthday!

Winters over, only to be missed when we are complaining about the heat! Wéve had a great winter, learning, yoga, building, dress up’s, birthdays and holidays! Here’s some of what we were up to.

Special thanks to all of you who participated in our trunk or treat this year! The trunks were awesome, the kids were happy!

We also would like to thank our summer Alumni SASS students, Allison And Avery. They came and helped prep meals, activities, played with the children reading stories and showing patience. We also enjoyed Italian Icee, STRAIGHT FROM THE TRUCK! Round 2 Summer Dump

Life has been so busy for us here at Blossoms. During the summer we had lots of fun. We planted our seeds and grew magnificent vegetables. We enjoyed a summer of music by VOICES. We watched caterpillars grow from caterpillars to butterflies. We had lots of fun, water play growth….and then we gained and lost lots of new friends! Congrats to all the graduates and mover-onners! We will miss you and think of you often. Please know you are forever invited to our functions! Keep us updated! Post hellos on our page!….ok Summer dump!

Lots of fun, hard work and learning this September! Many thanks to the terrific staff! This month we learned about the new season, Autumn and all about Apples! In the Big Buds preschool group with Ms Connie and Ms. Alexis they did surveys, tallied and chose to make applesauce. On a field trip to Whole Foods the children all selected 2 apples. Ms Lilli did lots of fall and apple individual activities. We taste tested with the apples and used the rest for applesauce. They had karaoke and yoga and lots of other fun. In the Lil Sprouts group with Ms Julie and Ms Zaria the children learned about fall and apples as well. The class went on a leave hunt finding various leaves in which they used for an art project. They did lots of painting, played in their drama area with apples and weighing scales. In the Seedlings room Ms Christina and Ms Alexus were busy reading, singing and building with the 1yr olds. They took several walks observing fall mornings. They found leaves during a leaf walk and enjoyed fingerprinting, apple printing and leaf stamping. September was Ms Christina’s last month with Blossoms. Please join us in wishing her the best luck in her future and looking forward to having her visit us in her off time.

Attention current families and alumni: Blossoms is having its Graduation this Friday! 🎓🎓🎓🎓

There will be snacks and drinks provided, an exciting performance from our pre-k room, Kamiya will be celebrated for going to Kindergarten, and it will all be held on our new and improved playground!
