What starts off as petty quickly turns into a way of survival after Kary's sudden demise. Her Aunt Lib takes her in and does the best she can, but between work and a cheating boyfriend there's only so much she can do for her grieving niece. Nothing is too much or off limits to Patty, but will her kleptomaniac ways catch up to her and take her down when she has burned too many bridges, made too many enemies, and had police on her trail, or will she beat the odds and give up her life of being a professional thief?
