I can't say enough about this guy . Not only did he invest in my newly formed renovation company, by providong me projects, but he continues to invest in our mutual businesses.
Take a look at how his request to add an electric fireplace to his turned into a multiple win opportunity! All for the price of a standard tax return!
Multiple wins with this investment:
1. When his home isn't occupied by AirBnB guests, he can enjoy the cozy glow while watching a movie or sporting event.
2. AirBnB views/bookings should increase when he refreshes his profile with these updates pics.
3. Although he didn't increase his square footage, he did increase the perceived value of his home. If he decides to sell the property, it will easily lead to increased sales price/ buyer interest in comparison to comparable homes.
4. Placing the TV on the wall increased his functional space in the home. He said" it looks so much bigger in here now." This seemingly larger space should also increase AirBnB views/bookings.

Tile work came out looking great and provided a more durable surface to stand up against frequent paint scuffs.
Shout out to the new black owners who suggested taking the tile floor to ceiling vs up to just where noticeable paint chipping was occurring from employee trafffic.
A friend said they wished they could get a preview of what adding a new bathroom would look like in their AirBnB rental.
So of course I had to show him THE NEXT DAY.
He was floored and took the blueprint schematic that accompanies this 3-D mock up straight to the County. The next week, he had a permit the next week.
We start construction in 2 weeks!

Wifey's truck, Onyx, has helped me get the job done as I've tackled my basement by myself and now ventured out to do other projects.
Think I'll wait until I improve enough homes to save up and buy one cash.
