Recent Kinky Curly visits!
All slides are using kinky curly bundles.
Most kinky curls I post are defined with a light gel or mousse. I either use my finger, a comb or just scrunch the curls up, whatever my clients prefer or if we’re in a time crunch!
Coloring the curls can loosen up the curl pattern a little especially coloring to lighter blondes. I recommend to go light gradually for permanent locs.

Loose kinky curly and loose curly are the same.
You’ll notice in the captions Sometimes I write it out fully and sometimes I don’t.
Most curls I post are defined with either my finger, with a comb or just scrunching up, what my clients prefer or if we’re in a time crunch!

She hasn’t washed them yet, she’s almost at the 4 week mark. I washed them after I installed the curls so she’s pretty good!

The Loc Journey of A Loc Lover

I started doing permanent Loc Extensions in February 2022, in April 2022 I installed these loc extensions into my client Chaneil’s hair.

She drove from Kentucky to Charlotte and sat for a 12 hour session.

She was my 5th permanent loc install 🥹

December 2023 she decided to cut her locs shorter and ended up cutting the extensions off.

She comb her hair out the ends of her locs, now she’s loving and enjoying her natural locs and curls.

Fine Hair Collection Part III

With temporary locs; the size of the loc don’t necessarily have to match the thickness/density of your hair, so I’m able to put more locs in. That’s why it’s recommended to remove the locs because the density isn’t balanced for long term wear. As your hair grow out, the locs will eventually weigh down on your new growth making them feel heavy, which can pop your hair off at the root. Get them maintenance if you decide to keep them in long term.
