While the engine is being assembled at Moss Racing Engines in Cherryville, NC , we are looking at May 5th as night #1 for the 5m of Rockwell, N.C resident Shawn Mott with the Carolina Sprint Tour.
We still have openings on the 5m for the 2023 season and as a special we are going to give you the 2024 season free for partnering with our team.
For $650 for the center of the front wing and $1,000 for the center of the top wing you will get a BOGO season free! Marketing with motorsports is a sure fire way to engage with families and especially children. We love the close knit family aspect of what our sport brings.

Rockwell, NC- Crown Motorsports will be spreading their wings with a 2 car team going forward. Shawn Mott has the 5m engine in to be assembled and now we have Hayden Mott on board for his first season behind the wheel of a sprint car with the Carolina Sprint Tour.
“I’m really looking forward to being behind the wheel learning from my dad and grandfather as we have a rich family history of racing that dates back to the 1940s”. Hayden will be behind the wheel of a J&J chassis powered by a Moss Racing Engine and has really put in the work to be fast out of the box.
We couldn’t be any more proud of Hayden and his hard work towards achieving his goals. He has some marketing/ advertising opportunities available as well and will represent his team, the town of Rockwell and your business very well.

Haven’t really posted anything since our family has put the sprint car racing on the back burner since we started Mottzarellas and started the food truck life. Well we have the car graphics done and are getting my son in a Jr Wing kart this summer but here ya go. Come see us at a Mottzarellas event this summer. We may hit the track in the fall. Busy with Pizzas and wings right now but stay tuned!
For those that don’t know I do DirecTv work and this place is really amazing. I did the work here and as a veteran myself it’s good to see hard work paying off. Great vibe and even better brews. Cool to see them get some national attention.

Really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of a 360 700 plus horsepower sprint car again in 2020.
With that being said the process doesn’t happen fast without marketing partners and we are still looking for marketing partners for this season to help us market your company and allow us to work with you and for you. The design to the left is our 2020 design and we still have room for more partners. We value how we look and know that fans draw to a well maintained car and team. USCS with the little 305 down over 200 horsepower against the 360 engines but we ran 4th in the dash out of 6, 5th in heat out of 8, 11th out of 22 in the A main. Really wanted that top ten with a 305 against a stout field but tires gave up on me.

A little throwback to one of our races this summer with the Carolina sprint tour. We are moving back up to the 360s the season with the United sprint car series aka USCS. I’d love to see them get a show at this track. Fun little place. Ran 6th

Welcome. We have transitioned our former Shawn Mott Racing page to Crown Motorsports. I have always wanted what we do with racing to honor God and give back and bring the best news of what Jesus Christ can do in your life. I didn’t want the name Shawn Mott racing to be put as what we are about. It’s about using our talents to serve God and we hope we can continue to build that within this team. Thanks again- Shawn
