First race of the season went pretty good at Cherokee Speedway, got a bad pill draw so it put us in the back of the field for heat 2. Couldn't move around much, went from 10th to 8th. Started the feature 16th made my way up to 13th or 14th. Spun out in turn 3 which put us at the back of a 22 car field. Drove it to 12th to finish the feature.

Found speed early in the day at Cherokee Speedway, made a lot of laps with some good drivers. Worked on getting in and out of the corners and tried a few different things to get faster. Averaged 4th out of 15 or 16 cars out there. Seat time is only gonna help! We will be at Harris Speedway next weekend for the Winter rumble, we will see y'all there!!

The Racing for Heroes/POW-MIA Barry Wright Race Cars special will be at Carolina Speedway for the Buddy Smith Memorial with Nick Rabenau at the wheel once again.

Rabenau still getting his feet wet and continuing to build up that much needed seat time and getting comfortable one lap at a time. Rabenau and his crew have the car ready for the KOC event as part of Round #6 of the 3 Nails Contracting INC. Shootout Series with the Heintz Brothers Automotive BROLM Presented by Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet.

We are back at East Lincoln Motor Speedway for day 2 of the Labor Day Showdown. Qualified 10th so we will have to run a heat race today to make it in the show. Come on out and watch some good racing!

It's race day! After a couple of weeks off, our driver is ready to hit the track. Nicholas in the #764 Barry Wright will be at Lancaster Motor Speedway tonight for the Steven Johnson Memorial. Come watch our driver take on the 'fastest half mile in the south'!

Before hot laps kick off there will be a meet and greet so come out and say hi.

Some hard racing tonight, Started 4th row outside. Track was bad fast tonight car was fast as well, just some really stout competitors. 20 Lap feature with no cautions, at the end of the race something with the front suspension spun the car coming out of turn 2 and put us in the mud and tapped the wall. No major damage just some sheet metal. Thank you to everyone who supports the race car! We will be back out after assessing damage at the shop, come out and see us!
