3 Action Shot Stopping Drill with - quick adjustment for an unsighted reaction, shot from a central area followed up by an angled shot! Both the central and angled shot see a little combination and movement around mannequins to create realistic movements of forwards.
Applying technical elements from training into a more “live” and “realistic” setting!

Important for all GKs to be competent and confident to use a wide range of skills in games - last night Jamie shows collecting crosses, 1v1 techniques, punching crosses, handling, collapses, extensions, throwing and kicking in 1 game! Not to mention support play and defending the space behind the back line!
