For me, Sierra Nevada’s Celebration IPA is the beer that signals the holidays are here! It’s so unique and limited. Originally brewed in the Winter of 1981 and only available November through January, this beer is something that must be enjoyed. A team of Sierra Nevada specialists spend a month in Washington’s Yakima Valley selecting the very best hops. Once they are chosen, they are dried and rushed to Chico, CA and Mills River, NC where the brew is made and sent to market. As Charlottean’s we are so lucky. Being close to Mills River, essentially Asheville, we get the freshest, most beautiful Celebration IPA! So, grab a Celebration IPA and pull up a seat at the fire pit. Cheers to the holidays!
