Bail Bonds office in Charlotte is looking for energetic and creative salespeople to make a difference in the lives of people around the southeast. We will provide on job training and we will help you work towards obtaining your bail agent license. You must provide the enthusiasm and energy! Once you have proven that you have what it takes to become a licensed bail agent, you will be transferred to an available bail agent position. We are looking for creative, flexible, non-judgmental multi-taskers who are interested in working hard to prove their commitment to making a positive impact on our customers. Job duties include selling, negotiating, assessing defendant flight risk, collections, and providing excellent customer service. This is not just a job, but a career. Must Have Skill Excellent Communication Skills Be able to pass a physical Willing to work ANY Shift.
