This month BFAB will be changing up our community get together! Exercise is great for your physical and mental health, so this month we are taking to the trails on Sunday July 28th. Please come join us at Crowder Mountain State park in Kings Mountain for a morning hike.
We want to beat the heat so we will meet at 7:45 in the parking lot with plans to start the hike at 8 AM. Please reach out with any questions!

What could be better than free? • • As a thank you to all of our military and first responders we are hosting our first annual cookout this June 22nd from 11a-2p. Bring the family and grab some grub. A big thank you to the Cornelius American Legion for opening their doors for us to host the event.
We don’t have a marketing budget is so you get my handwriting and lack of art classes. Remembering those that paid the ultimate sacrifice at home and overseas. Have a fun weekend in remembrance of them. Stay safe y’all.

As we get into May and the weather is warming up we are looking to ramp up our Peer Support events. This month we will be back at Armored Cow Brewing Co. on Sunday May 12th @ 1 pm. The location is pet and family friendly so feel free to bring your four legged friends and family if you want.
Over the next few days be on the look out as we will be posting some interactive post looking for some suggestions for locations and ideas on future peer support events. The past few meet ups have been centralized to Charlotte area however we are open to going a bit further especially as the weather warms up and the opportunity for outdoor events come around.
