From classroom concepts to real-world impact!

Grainda Builders teamed up with CSD students to bring a community dream to life. Together, with the expertise of owner Joe Grainda, we've designed and built a shelter that will house shared mailboxes and a community bulletin board for DHC residents.

Our team gave the students an authentic glimpse into the building profession by providing hands-on instruction while ensuring that that all of their efforts conformed to safety standards.

We are so proud of this collaboration and the impact it will have on the community!
